Catch your breath | from 13h30 to 15h30

Over a period of eight weeks, participants will be invited to take a caring break from the tumult that caregiving can represent, in order to find their inner bearings and reconnect with their resources. During the meetings, participants will be guided in the acquisition of concrete tools and the development of skills promoting the preservation of their energy, a better understanding of their emotions and the regaining of personal balance.
