Le groupe d'art-thérapie vous offre un espace thérapeutique accueillant qui se veut sécuritaire, libre et sans jugement, afin de renouer avec vous-même. Prenez un moment pour vous et venez vous détendre en créant et en partageant avec d'autres proches aidants. Aucun talent ou connaissance en art ne sont nécessaires pour participer et tout le matériel est fourni. Ce groupe fermé comporte environ 7 ateliers par session et est offert en présentiel.

The art therapy group offers you a welcoming therapeutic safe space to reconnect with yourself as a caregiver. This workshop will allow you to take a moment for yourself, to come and relax by creating and sharing with other caregivers. No talent or knowledge of art is required to participate, and all materials are provided. This workshop has approximately 7 sessions per semester and is offered in person.
